I partnered with Australian VC-backed startup Fracta Market to lead a comprehensive web refresh. Deliverables included redesigned core UI components and real-time implementation of motion-driven code to bring a fully animated motion, production-ready interface to life.

I contributed to a polished homepage redesign by using PostHog to identify user behaviors and pain points. Based on that data, I redesigned the home screen with clarified navigation, removed duplicated menus and dropdowns, and implemented streamlined UI elements to improve discoverability and user flow.
Just Pulled UI
The objective was to revamp the “Just pulled” UI. I introduced motion to the cards to shift the experience from static to live. This simulated an active feed so the product feels in use and transactions appear to be happening in real time.

We created and shipped a polished full-motion welcome experience for new users at product launch by translating styleframes into performant Lottie animations and optimizing React/CSS implementations through a collaborative engineering workflow (including Claude Code), delivering high-efficiency Z-space sequences that preserve visual fidelity, minimize runtime overhead, and scale across devices and viewports.
